What type of clothes are sold in Taiwan at different times of the year?

I am planning to travel to Taiwan around end January to early February and I understand that it would be near to the end of Winter (do correct me if I am wrong). As I am from Singapore, I am looking for non-winter clothing. Please advice on whether the retail outlets will still mainly be selling Winter clothing, and approximately when they would start selling non-winter clothing. Thank you!! :)

I think they will start selling non-winter clothing around end of February at the earliest. They probably will start selling in March because its not as warm then and summer is approaching.

Of course, if you look around, you might find some stuff available during early february (might be unsold stuff from last year)

You’d be better off shopping on the street than at an "outlet". The multitude of small shops here offer clothing to meet all weather conditions, regardless of what season it is, and the prices are much cheaper. Just go to an outdoor market, and start looking for the NT$100-200 racks.
