The best way to teach them not to bite is to observe what happens between two puppies. When one bites too hard the other yelps and the biter lets go immediately. If we let out a sharp cry of pain every time our puppys teeth come into contact with our skin (dont wait till it hurts), we can quickly desensitize it altogether to using its teeth on us. Contrary to popular opinion, we are not teaching it that it can easily hurt us because the learning phase that they are going through is about how to use their teeth properly.
