This makes weight training sounds pretty dangerous, however, the reason is becasue over 90% of these women are using all the wrong form. The good news about this is that weight training for women is fainlly being respected by women and used to become healhty the right way. However, these women are either trying workouts they are not ready for or they are being given too difficult of workouts.
There are some things that you should be able to do first. Let’s use the bench press first. You should be able to do 10 pushups in great form before you pick up a weight for the bench press. Another really popular exercise for women is the lunge, however if you can do about 20 body weight lunges in great form then you have work to do first. The idea here is to make sure you can do certain exercises perfectly before you make your exercise routines harder.
